Eunice Naffie Mustapha is the Legal Researcher and Projects Manager at CILPA, where she advances legal research, grants writing, strategic communications, and project management for African-centered international law and policy initiatives.
Her 10+ years of impact-driven experience includes serving as a Country Consultant for Women First Digital, Consultant to the Georgetown-Lancet Commission on Faith, Trust and Health, and Senior Public Health Law Fellow with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Eunice earned a First Class LL.B. (Hons.) from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, a Degree of Utter Barrister from the Sierra Leone Law School, and an LL.M. in National and Global Health Law with Distinction, plus a Graduate Certificate in International Human Rights Law, from Georgetown University as a Merit Scholar.
