Zainab Fudia Turay

Zainab Fudia Turay is the Finance and Administrative Officer 2 at the Center for International Law and Policy in Africa (CILPA), where she handles financial management, budgeting, procurement, project financial planning, and administrative support to ensure organizational efficiency.

She began her professional career as an intern at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Sierra Leone. She later joined ACTB Savings and Loans, where she served for seven years, starting as a Customer Service Officer. In recognition of her exceptional performance, innovation, and dedication, she received the Best Customer Service Officer Award in 2022 before being promoted to Branch Operations Manager.
