International Law, Accountability, and Justice

International Law, Accountability, and Justice is a project supported by the Open Society Foundations. It facilitates academic research and a workshop focused on developing and examining an international law framework for reparations for historic injustices suffered by people of African descent.

The project contributes to legal and policy conversations on accountability, reparative justice and the role of international law in addressing historical harms and their continuing effects.
